Here is an amazing news for the school going students in Punjab! Students are now allowed to wear warm clothing of any color during their school hours. In a considerate response to tackle the intense winter in Punjab, the Punjab School Education Department has announced a temporary relaxation in school uniform requirements. Students in both public and private schools of Punjab are now allowed to wear warm clothes of any type or color to protect themselves from the increasing cold weather. To announce this relaxation in school uniform requirements an official notification has also been released.
The department’s notification allows students to wear sweaters, jackets, coats, caps, socks and shoes of any type and color they like to protect themselves from the winter. This relaxation in uniform requirements will remain in place until 28th February 2025.
